Tool Dashboard

Open the Tool Dashboard by pressing the dashboard_icon icon next to the SPIN device on the Workcell / Custom Devices tab. The Tool Dasboard can accessed both in programming and running mode. You can create a dashboard_icon_sr shortcut to the Tool Dashboard on the Teach Pendant by dragging the dashboard_icon icon to one of the 3 short cut slots on the top left of the screen.

Tool Dashboard.

The Tool Dashboard is a quick way to access common features of the system.

Connectivity

The current connectivity status of the SpinBridge and tool is shown at the top of the Tool Dashboard.

Manual Bit Changing

The Lock bit and Release bit buttons are used to manually replace the bit in the tool.

Resetting Errors

The Reset error button is used to acknowledge errors on the SpinBridge and tool.

Note

Not all errors can be reset using this button. If the error persists, please contact support.

Homing the Safety Shield

The Do homing button is used to home the safety shield. This is required after the safety shield has been moved manually.
